House Rules & Safety Guidelines
To ensure the safety of our little ones—which is our top priority—as well as cleanliness and a happy experience for every family, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following these rules:
1. Direct Parental Supervision Required at All Times
The shop cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, or unexpected incidents occurring from play within the premises. If you require basic first-aid supplies such as plasters, gauze, cotton, antiseptic, or pain relief, please feel free to ask our staff.
2. Please Play Politely and Carefully
Respect others. No pushing, no shoving, running into others, or rough jumping. Do not climb in inappropriate areas. Do not throw toys at each other or use toys in a way that may cause danger. Older children should be especially careful when playing near younger children.
3. Use Toys and Equipment Appropriately
Do not bring toys onto the slides under any circumstances; injuries have occurred from this in the past. Please use toys and equipment as intended. Do not move toys from their designated areas unless necessary—for example, do not take wooden cubes out of the sand pit, balls out of the ball pit, crayons away from the coloring station, or small blocks into the ball pit.
* If you find any damaged or broken toys, please inform our staff immediately for everyone's safety.
4. No Food, Snacks, or Drinks in the Play Area!
Especially on slides. Please do not bring food into the play zone to feed children. Help us maintain cleanliness for the community. After eating, please wash your child's hands for hygiene purposes. We provide free aprons for toddlers. Also, please pay for food, snacks, and drinks before consuming them.
5. Non-slip socks required
All children and accompanying adults entering the play area are required to wear non-slip socks for safety and hygiene. School socks are not permitted. Socks are available for purchase at the café if needed.
6. General Conduct
- No smoking inside the shop or service areas.
- Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect the rights of other visitors.
- Please follow our staff's instructions for the safety of all guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is inappropriate or poses a risk to others.
