Service fees apply only to guests who use the play area, as detailed below.
Kids
Children aged 1 year and above
For children aged 1 year and above who would like to use the play area, toys, slides, ball pit, and other facilities, an admission fee is required. Guests who come only for food and drinks and do not use the play area will not be charged.
Special! Our café offers unlimited play time. However, we kindly ask parents to manage their child’s play time appropriately, so the space can be shared with other families and to support children’s well-being.
All children must wear non-slip socks at all times while using the facilities.
Adult
** Please order 1 food/drink
Parents, guardians, accompanying guests, and older children who are not joining the play area are kindly requested to order at least 1 food or drink item per person.
If entering the play area to supervise a child, socks must also be worn.
In cases where an older child or nanny comes mainly to accompany and care for a younger child, they will be considered an adult guest (no admission fee). Note: If the older child actively joins the play activities like younger children, the child admission rate will apply.
Infant
Children under 1 year old
For children under 1 year old who are already able to walk and can use the play zones, the same conditions as regular children apply, with a special rate.
New Born
Infants who're still require close parental care
Infants who are not yet walking or still require close parental care may use the space free of charge. Parents or guardians must supervise them closely at all times.
Guests without children are also welcome to visit the cafe area, where food, drinks, and snacks are available.
** All guests entering the play area (both children and accompanying adults) are required to wear non-slip socks. Socks worn to school are not permitted, for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you do not have socks, they are available for purchase at an affordable price.
